We offer free shipping on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery after dispatch is 1–6 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your True Greens products. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know:
- 30-day return window — contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- To start a return, email us at office@truegreens.eu — we'll send you return instructions.
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at office@truegreens.eu.
EU Right of Withdrawal
As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Items must be unopened and unused.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food supplements, perishable goods, or items purchased on sale.
