Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum spend required.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 1–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes — once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Do you deliver outside the EU?

Currently we deliver within the EU. If you're outside the EU, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Contact us at office@truegreens.eu to initiate a return.

Can I return an opened product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened food supplements.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.

I'm an EU customer — what are my withdrawal rights?

As an EU customer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. Items must be unopened and unused. Contact us within 14 days to exercise this right.

Are your products medicinal?

No — True Greens products are food supplements, not medicinal products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Are your products safe during pregnancy or with medication?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before use.

Are your products suitable for under 18s?

Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
